This policy explains the operational data CleanCSV AI processes to run uploads, billing, and support.
CleanCSV AI processes uploaded spreadsheets to generate diagnostics, previews, and cleaned exports. Report sessions are short-lived. Redis-backed deployments can retain session data across server restarts for the configured TTL, while non-persistent environments keep it in memory only.
Subscription checkout and customer portal actions are handled by Creem. CleanCSV AI stores the minimum session, customer, and subscription references needed to restore browser access and reflect subscription status.
If you contact support, the information you send such as browser details, file type, and timestamps is used only to investigate and resolve the issue.
