Terms of service

These terms describe the commercial boundaries for using CleanCSV AI.

Service scope

CleanCSV AI provides spreadsheet diagnostics, cleanup assistance, and export tools. The service is intended to support human review, not replace downstream validation requirements imposed by your own systems or regulators.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Creem. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment method updates follow the rules available through Creem checkout and the matching customer portal.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload unlawful content, abuse the rate limits, probe infrastructure, or interfere with other customers. CleanCSV AI may suspend access if usage threatens platform stability or security.
